Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DentalPro platform operated by CardCity LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using DentalPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DentalPro is a cloud-based dental practice management platform that provides appointment scheduling, patient records management, clinical charting, billing, and WhatsApp-based patient communication. The service is accessed through a web browser and requires no software installation.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use the service to store or transmit data that violates applicable data protection laws

5. Patient Data and Responsibilities

As a dental practice using DentalPro, you are the data controller for the patient data you store on our platform. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate consent from patients for data collection and processing
  • Ensuring the accuracy of patient records
  • Complying with applicable healthcare regulations and data protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • Managing access permissions for your team members appropriately

6. WhatsApp Integration

If you enable the WhatsApp integration, you agree to:

  • Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's terms of service
  • Obtain patient consent before sending WhatsApp messages on their behalf
  • Use the WhatsApp integration only for legitimate practice communication
  • Not send spam, unsolicited marketing, or abusive messages through the platform

7. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The DentalPro platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the property of CardCity LLP. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your dental practice operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardCity LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
